WHAT IS A PREORDER?
Want to be one of the first to ride the newest gear before anyone else? Ballistyx is giving you early access to 2026 snowboards! Australia and New Zealand are the first in the world to receive next season’s boards—months before the Northern Hemisphere. Since our winter arrives while manufacturers are mid production for the northern hemisphere, we get to ride 2026 gear in 2025 before anyone else. That means you can secure your board early and hit the mountain with the latest tech ahead of the crowd.

How Preorders Work
Look for the products with a preorder badge on our website, choose your new board and checkout as usual. All preorders require payment in full and this locks in your board. Once our shipment of snowboards is delivered we remove your board and either ship it out to you or let yoyu know it is ready to pickup instore.
For In-Store Collection:
Once your order is ready for pickup, we’ll notify you right away. Simply head to Ballistyx to collect your new gear as soon as it arrives.
For Shipped Orders:
As soon as your preorder ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
If you order in-stock items alongside a preorder snowboard, the in-stock items will be shipped immediately. If you’d like everything to be shipped together once your board arrives, just let us know!
Delivery Dates:
Our suppliers aim to get all preordered stock delivered before the Australian snow season begins. However, unexpected shipping delays can occasionally impact arrival times. If there are any changes to delivery schedules, we’ll keep you informed so you know exactly when to expect your new gear. We are stoked when your are stoked!

Important Preorder Information
- Estimated delivery windows are subject to change. These dates are based on information from our suppliers and may shift due to unforeseen delays. If we receive any updates, we’ll notify you via email as soon as possible.
- Preorders require full payment at the time of purchase.
- Ballistyx reserves the right to cancel a preorder if necessary. In the event of supplier delays or cancellations, we’ll contact you promptly to discuss your options.
